  • What is Superconscious Alignment?
    Superconscious Alignment is a very gentle method that works with your innate intelligence, creating the ideal conditions for the mind to return to its natural, aligned state. It is a very gentle, easy, safe and effective closed-eye experience. The process allows disempowering beliefs and painful emotions attached to memories, to gently dissolve. Memories remain, but without the emotional charge. What results is a greater connection to your innate wisdom, empowerment, peace and clarity.
  • How long does it take?
    The actual Superconscious Alignment process is a closed-eye experience of about 20 minutes of you relaxing while I do all the talking. It’s even easier than a guided meditation because you don’t even need to try to focus. During that time, you can listen, or let your mind wander. The sessions themselves will go for 60-90 minutes, because they include my unique coaching and teachings that will support your transformation.
  • What will it feel like?
    The Superconscious Alignment process is gentle and effective. You’ll be awake and relaxed the whole time. You don’t need to do anything. You will hear me talking - you might listen, or allow your mind to wander - either way it doesn’t matter. People usually say it was very relaxing and enjoyable.
  • What if something unexpected comes up and I can’t join live or finish the Masterclasses in time?
    That’s okay - life happens. Just reach out, and I’m happy to extend your access so you can move through the Masterclasses at your own pace, without pressure or rushing.
  • How long will I have access to the Masterclasses recordings?
    You’ll have access to the recordings for 2 weeks after the final live Masterclass, giving you time to watch anything you may have missed at your own pace. You don’t need to repeat the sessions. Each session is designed to be done once.
  • What can I expect once I join Soul Space? Can I access the Soul Space sessions anytime?
    You’ll get instant access to the full Soul Space library and a Start Here guide to help you choose the sessions that suit you best. Each week, a new session will be emailed to you, and you’ll be invited to our private Facebook group - a supportive space of like-hearted women.

    All sessions are available anytime, so you can watch, rewatch, and choose what supports you most for as long as you’re a member.
  • What happens after my 12-month access to Soul Space ends?
    Your membership will automatically renew for another year at $497, giving you uninterrupted access to all sessions, new weekly content, and the private Facebook community. You can cancel anytime before your renewal if you don’t want to continue.
